A friend of mine suggested I start "blogging".
It seems that SO many thoughts and ideas I want to express are difficult to conjure up. I'm typing into cyberspace. Why do I feel shy? It's beyond me.

Being happy is our birthright. This is a concept that seemed unnatural to me. However, when you realize this truth, it is liberating.
Today, I'm thinking about happiness as every human's birthright. Happiness is a bit generalized. All humans have a right to food and shelter, period, end of story.
I read today of a kitchen in India that provides food every day, for free. The kitchen feeds 100,000 mouths, every day and has done so for over 500 years. No one is discriminated against. Everyone, regardless of race, caste, religious beliefs, etc., is welcome.
There is such a disparity of sustenance worldwide. It doesn't have to be this way.
